ارتفعت مساحات البناء المرخّصة 4,90% خلال ايار الماضي مسجلة مليونا و551 الفا و758 مترا مربعا، مقارنة بمليون و479 الفا و295 مترا مربعا عام 2010.
أمّا على الصعيد التراكمي، فسجّلت ارتفاعاً سنويّاً بنسبة 0,36% في ايار الفائت، و5 ملايين و892 الفا و329 مترا مربعا في مقابل 5 ملايين و871 الفا و205 امتار مربعة في الفترة عينها من العام الفائت، و3 ملايين و415 الفا و12 مترا مربعا في ايار 2009.
بالنسبة الى التوزيع الجغرافي لرخص البناء، احتلّت محافظة جبل لبنان المرتبة الأولى حيال مساحات البناء، اذ بلغت 3 ملايين و496 الفا و203 امتار مربعة (59,33%) في ايار الماضي، تلتها محافظتا الجنوب (699 الفا و740 مترا مربعا) وبيروت (604 آلاف و158 مترا مربعا).
